Hewlett-Packard Printer Control Strings
Guidelines
These printer strings should work for the Hewlett-Packard LaserJet and
compatible printers.
The # character represents a variable that should be replaced by a number.
For example, the string for setting the number of copies to print is
\027&l###X. To print 15 copies, you would enter \027&l15X. Also, be careful
to distinguish between upper- and lowercase letters; the figure 0 and the
capital letter O; and the lowercase l and the number 1.
